    Loved it

I love this cleansing balm. I rubbed it on without looking and when I went to the mirror everything, including waterproof mascara, was gone. I was shocked. I do wish it came in a pump or dropper because I feel like I may be wasting some. Buying this for my daughter to try also.

I absolutely love this product. It totally cleans off every single thing off my face even my eyelash glue and mascara!! I will be adding this to my daily face routine for the rest of my life.

    Not the best

This makeup removing balm left my face feeling dirty. It would get most make up off, except waterproof, which was an instant no for me. Also, I felt like I had to scrub my face too much with a cloth since this isn't anything like a cleanser and you don't just throw water on your face. You have to use a cloth or I guess cotton balls (but that would probably take forever) to get all the product off. It felt like so much work and after that, I'd have to cleanse and exfoliate making my nighttime routine impossible. For how long it would take to get all my make up off, I would have thought it to be a cleanser/make up remover duo. It was hard to finish my product since I'd dread using it and try not to use it as much as possible.
