Amazing
I have been using this balms for a while and I love them. It takes away all of the makeup from the face, doesn’t live any. I love the smell and greatness of this removing balm. It’s a must have in your makeup life. Best of all

Bad packaging
The product itself did exactly as advertised, no complaints there! However the balm is so thick it’s nearly impossible to squeeze out of the tube. Maybe I received a bad batch (possibly too dry or too thick) or the packaging is really not suited to the product type. Such a shame because I really enjoyed what little product I could get out.
