I will not purchase this product again! It’s too hard to squeeze out of the tube…do better!
Hi Pearl, I am so sorry you are having issues getting the balm out of the tube. We usually label the box to let you know that because it has a synthetic coconut oil base, the formula can harden during the chillier months. We recommend soaking the tube in hot tap water for 20-30 minutes. This should help it return to the consistency you need. Please let us know if you need more help and again our apologies.
I contacted customer service to return the product because it came in frozen and when it thawed I could barely get it out of the tube. When I did it was white and was followed by clear liquid. I'm nervous to use it on my face. Non the less I still have not heard back regarding returning the product.
I’m not sure if this is how the product is supposed to be or if I got a dud, but it’s very hard to squeeze out the product! I took a video, but it’s not allowing me to upload it…you can’t tell from the pictures, but I’m squeezing that tube really hard!
