1. Use the paper shade dial to determine your starting shade. Hold the shade dial up to your teeth and match the color of your teeth to the corresponding shade on the chart. This is best done by using one of the front teeth (unless they are not natural teeth- in that case use the closest tooth to the front which is a natural tooth).
2. Use a towel or tissue to dry off your teeth.
3. Remove the Super Booster Teeth Whitening Pen from the box. Remove the cap and begin twisting from the bottom until gel appears on the applicator brush. Dispensing gel the first time may require extra twisting.
4. Paint a small amount of gel onto desired teeth. Avoid direct contact with gums.
5. Place the ready mold tray in your mouth.
6. Leave on a minimum of 20 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
7. Remove tray from your mouth and rinse with water or a mixture of water and mouth wash.
