No! The points you earn throughout the course of the calendar year will contribute toward your tier status. If you’ve accumulated the necessary points to reach a certain tier status within the calendar year, your tier status will be honored even if you choose to spend your points.
In order to redeem a reward (birthday gift, a free product, free shipping or a coupon) or redeem your welcome gift, you must have a minimum of (1) items in your cart.
Points will only expire after 365 days of program inactivity. For example if you have not made a purchase, posted a review, or completed a qualifying reward earning activity for 1 year your points will expire.

In short, yes. A referral can be denied for multiple reasons. Our team reserves the right for discretion when approving referrals. Some of these reason include multiple submissions of the same referral, abuse of the discount program and attempting to use the same discount more than once.
