I ordered eight of these left pencils during the sale. Two of my lip pencils came damage. The 2 that the pencil is barely peeking out or the damaged ones.. I called customer service and they wanted me to send a picture so I did send the picture and explain the whole situation. They did not understand and told me they don’t see anything wrong with it. I just need to sharpen it when I sharpened it and used it, the tip keeps breaking. They still didn’t see a problem. I explained again. Every time I use it the tip breaks off. I keep having to sharpen it. It’s going to run out quickly. That’s going to be a waste of product. She still did not understand. She wanted me to do a video clip and send her and honestly I don’t wanna go through the headache nor do I feel comfortable doing a video clip and sending it. I offered to send it back so they can look into it to see what’s causing this problem, but She did not get back to me. Gerard cosmetics lip. Pencils are amazing the other six I have. I love them but the two damage ones. Unfortunately, they are no good.. i’m giving a one star because of the horrible customer service I received, but this lead pencils are amazing when you get a good one

…to use under the lip gloss. I outline lips and fill in with the pencil. Then use the lip gloss on top. It holds well, feels like it is t even there.
